 Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is a personality test, typically based on psychological attributes and is used to determine strengths and types of personalities in a workplace or other settings.

The MBTI has 26 different personality types which are :

1. INTP - LOGICIAN ( Introverted, Intuitive, Thinking, Perceiving )

Innovative inventors with an unquenchable thirst for knowledge. Logicians are known for their brilliant theories and unrelenting logic - they are considered the most logically precise of all the personality types

Strength : Great analysts and abstract thinkers, Imaginative, Original, Open-minded, Enthusiastic, Objective, Honest and Straightforward

Weakness : Very private and withdrawn, Insensitive, Absent-minded, Condescending, Loathe Rules and Guidelines, Second-guess Themselves

2. INTJ - ARCHITECT ( Introverted, Intuitive, Thinking, Judging )

Imaginative and strategic thinkers, with a plan for everything. Architects, ever independent, remain free from the expectations of others. This allows them to pursue their own interesting and fresh ideas

Strength : Quick, Imaginative, Strategic, Self-confident, Independent, Decisive, Hard-working, Determined, Open minded, Jacks-of-all-trades

Weakness : Arrogant, Judgmental, Overly analytical, Loathe highly structured environments, Clueless in romance

3. ENTJ - COMMANDER ( Extraverted, Intuitive, Thinking, Judging )

Bold, imaginative and strong-willed leaders, always finding a way - or making one. People with this personality type embody the gifts of charisma and confidence, a project authority in a way that draws crowds together behind a common goal. If there's anything Commanders love, it's a good challenge

4. ENTP - DEBATER ( Extraverted, Intuitive, Thinking, Perceiving )

Smart and curious thinkers who cannot resist an intellectual challenge. No one loves mental sparring more, as it gives them a chance to exercise their quick wit, broad accumulated knowledge base, and capacity for connecting disparate ideas to prove their points

Strength : Knowledgeable, Quick thinkers, Original excellent brainstormers, Charismatic, Energetic

Weakness : Very argumentative, Insensitive, Intolerant, Can find it difficult to focus, Dislike practical matters 

5. INFJ - ADVOCATE ( Introverted, Intuitive, Feeling, Judging )

Quiet and mystical, yet very inspiring and tireless idealists. With an inborn sense of idealism and morality, but sets them  apart is that they are not idle dreamers, but quite capable of  concrete action

Strength : Creative, Insightful, Inspiring, Convincing, Decisive,  Determined, Passionate, Altruistic

Weakness : Sensitive, Extremely private, Perfectionistic, Always  need to have a cause, Can burn out easily

6. INFP - MEDIATOR ( Introverted, Intuitive, Feeling, Perceiving )

Poetic, kind, altruistic people, always eager to help a good cause. True idealists, always looking for the hint of good even the worst of people and events. While they may appear as calm, reserved, or even shy, they have an inner flame and passion that can truly shine 

Strength : Idealistic, seek and value harmony, Open-minded, Flexible, Very creative, Passionate, Energetic, Dedicated, Hard-working

Weakness : Too idealistic, Impractical, Too altruistic, Dislike dealing with data, Take things personally, Difficult to get to know

7. ENFJ - PROTAGONIST ( Extraverted, Intuitive, Feeling, Judging )

Charismatic and inspiring leaders, able to mesmerize their listeners. Protagonist are genuine, caring people who talk the talk and walk the walk, and nothing makes them happier than leading the charge, uniting and motivating their team with infectious enthusiasm

8. ENFP - CAMPAIGNER ( Extraverted, Intuitive, Feeling, Perceiving )

Enthusiastic, creative and sociable free spirits, who can always find a reason to smile. ENFPs are fiercely independent, and more than stability and security, they crave creativity and freedom. They see life as a big, complex puzzle where everything is connected

Strength : Curious, Observant, Energetic, Enthusiastic, Excellent communicators, Know how to relax, Very popular and friendly

Weakness : Poor practical skills, Find it difficult to focus, Overthink things, Get stressed easily, Highly emotional, Independent to a fault

9. ISTJ - LOGISTICIAN ( Introverted, Sensing, Thinking, Judging )

Practical and fact-minded individuals, whose reliability cannot be doubted. Their defining characteristics are integrity, practical logic and tireless dedication to duty, taking responsibility and pride in the work they do

Strength : Honest, Direct, Strong-willed, Dutiful, Very responsible, Calm, Practical, Create and Enforce order, Jacks-of-all-trades

Weakness : Stubborn, Insensitive, Always by the book, Judgmental, Often unreasonably blame themselves

10. ISFJ - DEFENDER (Introverted, Sensing, Feeling, Judging)

Very dedicated and warm protectors, always ready to defend their loved ones. True altruists, meeting kindness with kindness-in-excess, engaging work and people they believe in with enthusiasm and generosity

Strength : Supportive, Reliable, Patient, Imaginative, Observant, Enthusiastic, Loyal, Hard-working, Good practical skills

11. ESTJ - EXECUTIVE ( Extraverted, Sensing, Thinking, Judging )

Excellent administrators, unsurpassed at managing things - or people. Executives are classic images of the model citizen: they help their neighbors, uphold the law, and try to make sure that everyone participates in the communities and organizations they hold so dear

Extraordinarily caring, social and popular people, always eager to help. Consuls are altruists, and they take seriously their responsibility to help and to do the right thing. ESFJs love to be of service and feel valued. 

Strength : Strong practical skills, Strong sense of duty, Very loyal, Sensitive, Warm, Good at connecting with others

Weakness : Worried about their social status, Inflexible, Reluctant to innovate or improvise, Vulnerable to criticism, Often too needy, Too selfless

16. ESFP - ENTERTAINER ( Extraverted, Sensing, Feeling, Perceiving )

Spontaneous, energetic, and enthusiastic people - life is never boring around them. Entertainers get caught up in the excitement of the moment, and want everyone else to feel that way too. No other type is as generous with their time and energy when encouraging others
